No Show Policy
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee of the appointment you have missed. Failure to pay for the missed appointment, will result in not being able to book further massage treatments.
Late Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancelations must be done within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Violation of this policy will result in having to pay the full amount of the scheduled appointment. The reason for this fee is because we are by appointment only so if someone does not show up, the therapist does not get paid for their time. In addition, this takes a much needed treatment space from another client.
Please note this fee is the responsibility of the client and cannot be charged to a health spending account or benefit plan. Cancelation due to the inability to process a direct billing claim will also result in the associated fee.
If you can not make it to your appointment, you can send someone else in your place to avoid being charged the cancellation fee.
We completely understand that unexpected things happen to everyone, and at some point you may not have sufficient notice to give us when cancelling an appointment.
Please know that our cancellation fee is not intended as a punishment to our wonderful clients, but is a necessity for us to be able to operate even when our limited time has been lost.
